Ingredients

200 g flour
1 pinch(es) salt
80 g sugar
120 g butter
1 medium egg
4 medium eggs
175 g sugar
100 g butter, melted
60 g almond flakes
30  prunes, dried, seedless

Instructions

For the Pastry:
Mix flour, salt and sugar well. Add butter cut into pieces and crumble with your fingers into the flour. Add egg and knead into a dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll out the pastry and line a large baking dish. Pinch with a fork and cover with a baking paper. Pour dried beans on top and blind bake for 30 minutes at 180°.

Take the beans and paper off. Scatter 40 g of almond flakes and the seedless prunes onto the dough and pour the custard mixture on top. Scatter with remaining almond flakes and bake 30 minutes at 180°. Dust with icing sugar. Let cool down completely or it will fall apart when cutting it!
