|200 g||chicken breast|
|3 tbsp||mixed seeds from sunflower, pumpkin, and pine nuts|
|1||Chinese cabbage, small|
|1||bell pepper, red|
|1||bell pepper, yellow|
|For the Dressing:|
|2 tbsp||dry white wine|
|3 tbsp||wine vinegar|
|8 tbsp||olive oil|
|2 piece(s)||egg yolk|
Preparing the Chicken, Seeds and Vegetables:
Cut chicken breast into thin stripes and fry in hot oil until done, season with salt, pepper, and chilli.
Fry seeds for a few minutes in a pan without oil.
Wash and clean all vegetables, and cut Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Dice bell peppers, and chop chives.
Preparing the Dressing:
Put water, white wine, wine vinegar, egg yolks, mustard, salt, sugar and pepper into a blender and mix well. Add oil slowly, and season to taste with salt, pepper, chilli and sugar.
Mix all ingredients well and decorate with some chives and seeds.
May be served with baguette bread.
