Ingredients

- 2 (4 1/2 pounds) pork baby back ribs, cut into serving size pieces
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup cherry preserves
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 8 hours
1. Rub ribs with pepper and set in a large slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, whisk barbecue sauce, cherry preserves, Dijon, and garlic cloves together. Drizzle over ribs in the slow cooker.
3. Cook on Low for 8 hours. Serve.
