Dijon potatoes details
- Ingredients
- 2 pounds small red skin potatoes, halved
- 3 cloves of fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup stone ground mustard
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley
Wash and cut potatoes. Place in small roasting pan, coated with nonstick cooking spray. Add garlic cloves. Cover tightly and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. While the potatoes are cooking, mix the mustard and margarine and melt in microwave. Coat potatoes in mixture and sprinkle with parsley. Return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes (uncovered). A Lakehouse favorite! Great for breakfast, brunch, or dinner!
