Dijon chicken with rice recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | chicken breast, boneless, skinless |
3 tsp | Dijon mustard |
150 g | rice |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
Instructions
Dice chicken breast.Heat olive oil in a pot over low heat and stir chicken pieces so that they cook evenly, 4 minutes.
Add mustard and stir chicken to coat well. Cook for about another 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Meanwhile cook rice until tender.
Serve Dijon chicken together with rice.
