Denver frittata recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1/4 cup green pepper, diced
- 2 Tablespoons onion, diced
- 1 cup smoked ham, diced
- 12 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Grease a 10-inch skillet. Saute peppers and onions. Add ham and cook until hot. Mix eggs, salt, and pepper; pour over ham mixture. Let eggs cook, lifting edges to let uncooked eggs run underneath. When eggs are firm, top with cheese and place in broiler or oven until cheese is melted and center is done.
