Deerfield spice muffs details
- Ingredients
- One 15-ounce box raisin bran cereal
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 cups all purpose flour
- 5 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Stir remaining ingredients. Mix well. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes. Batter will last up to four weeks in
