Ingredients
Serves: 4- 2 cups ground razor clams, undrained
- 2 cups crushed saltine crackers
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup flour
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Fill a deep fryer with oil, according to manufacturer’s instructions. Heat to 350 degrees F.
2. Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Form into small cylinders.
3. Fry croquettes in batches in the hot oil until well-browned. Drain on paper towels and serve.
