Ingredients

Serves: 4
  • 2 cups ground razor clams, undrained
  • 2 cups crushed saltine crackers
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup flour

Preparation method

Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins

1. Fill a deep fryer with oil, according to manufacturer’s instructions. Heat to 350 degrees F.
2. Stir all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Form into small cylinders.
3. Fry croquettes in batches in the hot oil until well-browned. Drain on paper towels and serve.
