Ingredients
Serves: 6- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups dried bread crumbs
- 2 cups shucked clams, drained
- Vegetable oil, for frying
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Set up dredging stations: eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in one shallow pie pan and bread crumbs in a second pie pan.
