Ingredients

  1. Dates (soft) – 100 grams
  2. Fresh cream – 200 grams
  3. Icing Sugar – ½ cup

Instructions

  1. De-seed the dates and mash them
  2. Put cream and icing sugar in a bowl and beat until cream thickens
  3. Add mashed dates to the cream mixture
  4. Mix thoroughly and pour in individual bowls

Refrigerate dates with cream for 1 hour. Serve
