Crunchy Mango Icecream recipe

Ingredients
- Milk – ½ liter
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Mango pulp – 2 cups
- Cream – 2 cups
- Corn flour – 1 tblsp
- Sugar – ½ cup ( for crunch)
- Mango slice – for garnishing
Instructions
- Mix corn flour in milk and cook for a while
- Put sugar, mango pulp and cream in a bowl, mix well and then add to milk
- Add some crunch and whisk well
- Take out in a bowl and refrigerate for 6 hrs
- So that it sets well
- Garnish with crunch and mango slice before serving
To make crunch: Put sugar and 1/3 cup water in a pot. Cook till the water dries. When syrup starts to turn brown, take it out on a greased tray when it cools, crush it to use.
