Ingredients

  1. Milk – ½ liter
  2. Sugar – 1 cup
  3. Mango pulp – 2 cups
  4. Cream – 2 cups
  5. Corn flour – 1 tblsp
  6. Sugar – ½ cup ( for crunch)
  7. Mango slice – for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Mix corn flour in milk and cook for a while
  2. Put sugar, mango pulp and cream in a bowl, mix well and then add to milk
  3. Add some crunch and whisk well
  4. Take out in a bowl and refrigerate for 6 hrs
  5. So that it sets well
  6. Garnish with crunch and mango slice before serving

To make crunch: Put sugar and 1/3 cup water in a pot. Cook till the water dries. When syrup starts to turn brown, take it out on a greased tray when it cools, crush it to use.
