Ingredients:
2 cups Bisquick(or your own biscuit mix)
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1-1/3 cups club soda
3/4 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions:

Mix first four ingredients and pour onto griddle (I spray mine). Place dates and nuts into pancakes as they cook. Once they bubble, turn to brown other side. Keep warm in oven until whole batch is cooked. Do not mix batter together until ready to use.
