Ingredients
100 g | dark chocolate |
80 g | icing sugar |
10 g | butter |
3 tbsp | hot water |
3 tbsp | rum |
Instructions
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a small bowl. Cover with boiling water and set aside for about a minute. Decant the water.Add rum, icing sugar, butter and the hot water and stir until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
