Danish fish sauce recipe details

2 tbsp | butter |
3 tbsp | flour |
2 cup(s) | hot water |
2 | egg yolks |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a small saucepan, whisk the butter until foamy. Stir in the flour. Pour in the hot water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add more hot water, if too thick. Remove from the heat and stir in the egg yolks.Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with fish.
