Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 sliced onions
- 1 glove garlic
- 2 1/2 cups hot water
- 1/2 cup raw rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package Chow Mein noodles
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 1 hour 30 mins | Extra time: 10 mins1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2. Brown beef with onions and garlic.
3. In large bowl, mix together hot water, raw rice, mushroom soup, chicken soup, celery, soy sauce and salt.
4. Mix in beef, onions, and garlic.
5. Bake in shallow pan for 90 minutes.
6. Cover with chow mein noodles for the last 20 minutes.
