- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup half & half
Used with Apple Rice Pudding.
With electric mixer, whisk together the eggs and spices. Add heavy cream, blend, and then add half & half. Blend thoroughly.
