Curry Rice with Tangerines recipe

Ingredients
250 g | rice |
3 | carrots, peeled and chopped |
2 | onions, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
100 g | tangerines (canned), drained |
250 ml | vegetable stock |
salt and pepper | |
paprika | |
curry |
Instructions
Cook the rice until done.
In the meantime sauté the onions together with the carrots and the garlic in a large frying pan in clarified butter. Deglaze with vegetable stock and simmer for about ten minutes.
Add rice and tangerines and season to taste with salt, pepper, curry and paprika.
Serve as a vegetarian dish or with chicken.
