Ingredients
1 large | onion, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | butter |
2 tbsp | curry mix |
1 large can(s) | peaches, diced |
1 large can(s) | tomatoes, diced |
500 ml | vegetable stock |
3 clove(s) | garlic, finely chopped |
250 g | shrimps, raw, peeled |
250 ml | cream |
iceberg lettuce, finely shredded |
Instructions
Fry onion over medium heat, add curry, fry another minute, then add juice from the peaches and tomatoes.Add chopped tomaotes, peaches, stock and garlic. Simmer for 1-1.5 hours, season with salt and pepper to. Add cream.
A few minutes before serving, add the shrimps.
Serving suggestions:Serve with a bit of lettuce and baguette.
