400 g | Chinese noodles |
some | soy sauce |
2 bunch(es) | spring onions |
3 tbsp | vegetable oil |
2 tbsp | curry powder |
Instructions
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Clean the spring onions and cut them into thin rings or strips.Heat the oil in a wok or large pan and roast the curry powder together with the spring onions for some minutes until the onions are soft.
