Ingredients

2 medium	eggs, yolks only
¾ tsp	salt
½ tsp	powdered mustard
1/8 tsp	sugar
1 pinch(es)	cayenne pepper
4 tsp	lemon juice
350 ml	olive oil
4 tsp	hot water
2 tsp	curry powder

Instructions

Combine egg yolks, salt, curry powder, mustard, sugar, pepper, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice in a small bowl and beat until very thick. Slowly and gradually add remaining lemon juice, hot water and oil. Stir frequently after each addition.
