Ingredients
1 tbsp | cooking oil |
1 small | onion, finely chopped |
1 tsp | curry powder |
125 ml | mayonnaise |
1 tbsp | apricot jam, |
1 dash(es) | salt |
2 tsp | lemon juice |
Instructions
Heat cooking oil in a pot and gently fry the onions. Add the curry powder and fry for a few minutes.Remove from the heat, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Chill before serving.
