Curried shrimp cous cous recipe details
This melt in your mouth dish is easy to prepare and has just a hint of curry.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 3 pounds large Shrimp
- 2 cloves chopped fresh garlic
- 4 Tbl. olive oil
- 4 oz. white wine
- 1 box Mediteranean(R) Cous Cous with curry
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Peel and devein shrimp and place aside in iced, cold water
2. Chop 4 cloves of fresh garlic
3. In saucepan heat oil and add garlic.
4. Pat shrimp dry and add shrimp and wine at same time to sauce pan.
5. Stir 3 minutes and then add Cous Cous mix and spice packet. Sprinkle over top.
6. Turn shrimp once and cover and let simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
7. Test shrimp for doneness. It should not be too firm but white throughout.
8. Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.
9. Serve immediately.
