|450 g||minced beef|
|50 ml||olive oil|
|2 medium||onions, chopped|
|1||cooking apple, peeled, chopped|
|15 g||curry powder|
|300 ml||beef broth|
In a saucepan, fry the onions and apple until tender. Cook until slightly browned. Add the curry powder and flour to the frying pan and cook together for 2-3 minutes.
Gradually add the stock and stir to combine. Bring to the boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the chutney and minced beef and cook on low heat until meat is browned.
