Curried mince recipe details
Ingredients
450 g | minced beef |
50 ml | olive oil |
2 medium | onions, chopped |
1 | cooking apple, peeled, chopped |
15 g | curry powder |
1 tbsp | flour |
300 ml | beef broth |
1 tbsp | chutney |
Instructions
In a saucepan, fry the onions and apple until tender. Cook until slightly browned. Add the curry powder and flour to the frying pan and cook together for 2-3 minutes.Gradually add the stock and stir to combine. Bring to the boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the chutney and minced beef and cook on low heat until meat is browned.
