Ingredients
1 | cucumber |
250 g | smoked salmon |
100 g | butter |
3 tbsp | hot mustard |
3 tbsp | creamed horseradish |
4 tbsp | sour cream |
½ bunch(es) | dill, finely chopped |
salt | |
lettuce (optinal) |
Instructions
Cut the cucumber in 2cm slices. Arrange them on a serving plate (optional on lettuce leaves).
Mix the butter with mustard, dill, horseradish and sour cream. Season to taste with salt. The mixture should be soft enough to pipe it through a piping bag. If too firm, add some more sour cream.
Pipe a small amount onto each of the cucumber slices. Cut the salmon slices into 2cm stripes and curl them up like roses. Arrange on the cucumbers and serve.
