Cucumber with herbs and smoked salmon recipe details
Ingredients
1 | cucumber |
250 g | smoked salmon |
100 g | butter |
3 tbsp | hot mustard |
3 tbsp | creamed horseradish |
4 tbsp | sour cream |
½ bunch(es) | dill, finely chopped |
salt | |
lettuce (optinal) |
Instructions
Cut the cucumber in 2cm slices. Arrange them on a serving plate (optional on lettuce leaves).Mix the butter with mustard, dill, horseradish and sour cream. Season to taste with salt. The mixture should be soft enough to pipe it through a piping bag. If too firm, add some more sour cream.
Pipe a small amount onto each of the cucumber slices. Cut the salmon slices into 2cm stripes and curl them up like roses. Arrange on the cucumbers and serve.
