Cucumber Salad with Garlic recipe

|2 tbsp||wine vinegar|
|1 tbsp||sesam oil|
|1 tsp||chili sauce|
|1 tsp||Szechuan pepper, freshly ground|
|2 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
Peel the cucumber and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Cut the cucumbers diagonal in 1cm pieces and place them in a bowl with salt. Mix well and leave for 15 minutes.
In the meantime in a separate bowl mix the rest of ingredients.
Drain cucumbers, discard the liquid. Add oil – vinegar mixture and mix well, cover and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
