Ingredients

1	cucumber, sliced or chopped
4	radishes
2	tomatoes, chopped
	For the Dressing:
8 tbsp	rice wine vinegar
8 tsp	sugar
4 tbsp	fresh dill, chopped
½ tsp	grated lemon peel
	salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Combine cucumber, radishes and the tomatoes in a bowl.

Prepare dressing and pour over vegetables. Toss well to combine flavors. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
