Crustless potato quiche recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup diced ham
- Dash of Tobasco Sauce
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups frozen Ore Ida Potatoes O’ Brien
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese
- 5 green onions, sliced thin
- parsley garnish
Beat eggs lightly, then add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
Note:Cut in pie shaped wedges and top with a spring of parsley. (This recipe cannot fail- if you vary the ingredient amounts it will still turn out great. If too much for the pan, put extra in another small pan.)
