Ingredients
250 g | butter |
15 ml | golden syrup |
500 ml | oats |
5 ml | bicarbonate of soda |
250 ml | coconut, dessicated |
250 ml | flour |
1 pinch(es) | salt |
Instructions
Combine butter and syrup in a small saucepan over low heat.Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl and pour in melted butter mixture. Mix well.
Press mixture into a greased baking sheet and bake at 180° C for 15 to 20 minutes.
Mark into squares while still warm and cut when cooled down.
