Croissants with ham cheese and mustard recipe details
Ingredients
4 | croissants |
4 slice(s) | Swiss cheese |
4 slice(s) | ham |
4 tbsp | mayonnaise |
1 tsp | sour cream |
1 tsp | mustard |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.Cut the croissants in halves and place a slice of cheese on each lower half. Place side by side onto a baking tray. Also place the upper halves onto the tray, cut side down. Bake for 5 minutes until the cheese has melted and the croissant halves are crispy.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with sour cream and mustard until well combined. Put a slice of ham onto the melted cheese of each lower half and spread with the mustard cream.
Cover with the upper halves and serve immediately.
