Crockpot banana dessert recipe details
Ingredients
6 | bananas, peeled |
50 g | flaked coconut |
½ tsp | cinnamon, ground |
¼ tsp | salt |
120 ml | corn syrup |
60 g | butter |
1 tbsp | grated lemon peel |
4 tbsp | lemon juice |
Instructions
Arrange peeled bananas in crockpot. Sprinkle with coconut, cinnamon, and salt.In a bowl combine corn syrup, butter, lemon peel and juice. Mix well and then pour over bananas.
Cover and cook over low heat for about 2 hours.
