Ingredients
300 g | plain flour |
1 | egg, beaten |
Instructions
Sift the flour into a bowl and make a well in the middle. Break the egg into the well and knead, adding by and by so much water until the dough is stiff and keeps together. Shape to small balls. Roll out the balls on a floured surface to very thin rounds.In a dry pan, briefly fry the rounds until golden browned on both sides. Allow to cool and break afterwards into approximately 5 cm pieces.
To serve, cook the mlinci for some minutes in broth or drippings until soft.
