Creamy vegetable and mince stew recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | minced meat, pork and beef |
200 g | double cream |
50 g | crème fraîche |
3 | courgettes, trimmed and diced |
200 g | mushrooms, cleaned and sliced |
3 tsp | intant vegetable stock |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a saucepan heat the oil and fry the meat until browned and crumbly. Add the courgettes and the mushrooms, the cream and the crème fraîche. Season with instant stock, salt and pepper and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. Check seasoning and adjust if necessary.Serve with boiled potatoes.
