Creamy Vanilla Chilli Truffles recipe
Ingredients
120 g | thickened cream |
100 g | dark chocolate (75% cocoa) |
50 g | milk chocolate |
1 | vanilla bean |
2 tbsp | crème fraîche |
2 pinch(es) | chilli powder |
some | icing sugar |
Instructions
Heat cream over low heat. Melt chocolate in cream, stirring constantly.
Slice vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Add seeds, crème fraîche, chilli and stir very well with a eggbeater.
Place chocolate in the fridge to let cool down a little bit. Put into an icing bag and press into little paper baking cups.
Place in fridge to set. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
