Creamy vanilla chilli truffles recipe details
Ingredients
120 g | thickened cream |
100 g | dark chocolate (75% cocoa) |
50 g | milk chocolate |
1 | vanilla bean |
2 tbsp | crème fraîche |
2 pinch(es) | chilli powder |
some | icing sugar |
Instructions
Heat cream over low heat. Melt chocolate in cream, stirring constantly.Slice vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Add seeds, crème fraîche, chilli and stir very well with a eggbeater.
Place chocolate in the fridge to let cool down a little bit. Put into an icing bag and press into little paper baking cups.
Place in fridge to set. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
