Creamy Scrambled Eggs with Chives recipe

- Oil spray
- 1 Tablespoon chopped chives (dehydrated or fresh)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks
- 4 extra-large eggs
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Spray a large frying pan generously with oil spray. Add milk and cream cheese; heat on low to medium heat. Stir until most of the cream cheese has softened. In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the eggs into pan and gently stir to blend the cream cheese mixture with the eggs. Cook the eggs until softly set. Pour onto warm plates. Garnish with tomato slices and chives.
