Ingredients

230 g	cream cheese
200 g	marshmallow creme:, see database
3 large	eggs, whites only
500 ml	corn syrup
½ tsp	salt
250 g	1.5 cm sliced assorted ripe summer fruits such as apricots
1 tbsp	vanilla extract

Instructions

For the marshmallow creme, combine egg whites, syrup and salt. Beat with an electric mixer until thick and creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until well blended.

Combine creme with cream cheese and serve with your favourite fruit.
