Creamy Fruit Dip recipe

|230 g||cream cheese|
|200 g||marshmallow creme:, see database|
|3 large||eggs, whites only|
|500 ml||corn syrup|
|250 g||1.5 cm sliced assorted ripe summer fruits such as apricots|
|1 tbsp||vanilla extract|
For the marshmallow creme, combine egg whites, syrup and salt. Beat with an electric mixer until thick and creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until well blended.
Combine creme with cream cheese and serve with your favourite fruit.
