Creamy fish with fried leek recipe details
Ingredients
800 g | fish fillets |
salt and pepper to taste | |
lemon, juice | |
250 ml | creme fraîche or sour cream |
6 stalk(s) | spring onion, finely sliced |
½ tsp | paprika powder |
Parmesan cheese, grated | |
1 stalk(s) | leek, finely sliced |
sunflower oil |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.Butter a baking dish, place the fish inside and season with salt and pepper and lemon juice.
Mix together Crème Fraîche, spring onions and paprika powder and pour over the fish. Top with parmesan cheese and sprinkle with a little extra paprika.
Bake the fish for about 25 minutes or until the fish is cooked.
Meanwhile fry the leek in hot oil until it starts to brown. Remove and drain on kitchen paper.
Scatter the fried leek onto the fish as a garnish and serve with stir fried vegetables.
