Cheese polenta recipe details
Ingredients
500 ml | water |
150 g | cornmeal |
115 g | Mozzarella cheese, grated |
120 ml | whipping cream |
30 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
400 g | tomatoes |
Instructions
Grease a pie plate. Then bring water to the boil over medium heat. Add cornmeal, stirring constantly slightly thickened.Stir in Mozzarella cheese, cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Keep stirring until mixture is very thick.
Put into prepared pie plate and leave to cool for about one hour or until firm. Cut into wedges.
Heat tomatoes and serve over Polenta wedges.
