|180 ml||double cream|
|1 tsp||curry powder|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Melt the butter in a small saucepan, add curry powder and cook for one a minute. Season with salt and pepper and milk at once.
Sprinkle in xanthan gum while stirring. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
