Creamy banana frosting recipe details
Ingredients
260 g | powdered sugar |
2 medium | bananas |
1 tsp | vanilla extract |
1 tbsp | milk or whipping cream |
Instructions
Mash bananas with a potato masher and place into your mixer.Add vanilla and milk and process until smooth.
Add powdered sugar and process again for a few seconds. If too stiff, add a little more milk. If too runny, add more powdered sugar. Once you have reached the consistency you like, beat for 3 minutes to make the frosting more creamy.
