Creamy baked mashed potatoes recipe details
Ingredients
800 g | potatoes, cooked, mashed |
120 g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
1 medium | egg, beaten |
⅛ tsp | freshly ground pepper |
200 ml | vegetable broth |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C.In a lightly greased casserole, thoroughly combine all ingredients except 40g of cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
