Creamed corn recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | corn |
240 ml | double cream |
2 tbsp | butter |
240 ml | milk |
2 tbsp | flour |
50 g | Parmesan cheese, grated |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine the corn, cream, and butter in a saucepan. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk together the milk and flour and stir into the corn mixture.Cook stirring over low heat until thickened and cooked through.
Remove from heat, and stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
