Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can sweet corn cream style
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (7.5 ounce) box Jiffy(R) corn muffin mix
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Mix both cans of corn and sour cream until mixed well. Add sugar and Jiffy corn muffin mix and mix well. Pour into a greased 9×6 inch loaf pan.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until top is lightly brown, about 20 minutes.
