Cream cheese frosting recipe details
Ingredients
130 g | butter |
500 g | cream cheese |
300 g | confectioner’s sugar |
2 tsp | vanilla |
Instructions
Combine butter and cream cheese in a bowl and beat on low speed until smooth. Now add the vanilla and beat again.Gradually add sugar and continue beating until smooth.
This is enough frosting for a 28cm cake – 2 layers (inside and outside).
