Ingredients
8 | hard boiled eggs, peeled and finely diced |
1 bunch(es) | chives, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
200 g | mayonnaise |
300 g | yoghurt |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
sugar | |
200 g | crayfish tails, cooked |
some | lettuce leaves |
Instructions
In a bowl mix the mayonnaise with the yoghurt and the garlic until well combined. Fold in the eggs, chives and crayfish tails. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.Arrange the lettuce in salad bowls. Top with the crayfish and egg salad and serve.
