Ingredients

8	hard boiled eggs, peeled and finely diced
1 bunch(es)	chives, chopped
2 clove(s)	garlic, minced
200 g	mayonnaise
300 g	yoghurt
	salt and freshly ground black pepper
	sugar
200 g	crayfish tails, cooked
some	lettuce leaves

Instructions

In a bowl mix the mayonnaise with the yoghurt and the garlic until well combined. Fold in the eggs, chives and crayfish tails. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.

Arrange the lettuce in salad bowls. Top with the crayfish and egg salad and serve.
