200 g | fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped |
30 g | sugar |
2 stalks | celery, chopped |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
2 tsp | fresh parsly, finely chopped |
4 tsp | butter |
230 g | bread crumbs |
1 tsp | marjoram, dried |
1 tsp | salt |
water |
Instructions
Combine cranberries and sugar.Sauté celery, onion and parsley in butter until tender.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Add a bit of water if needed.
