Ingredients

200 g fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped
30 g sugar
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tsp fresh parsly, finely chopped
4 tsp butter
230 g bread crumbs
1 tsp marjoram, dried
1 tsp salt
water

Instructions

Combine cranberries and sugar.

Sauté celery, onion and parsley in butter until tender.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Add a bit of water if needed.
