Cranberry Stuffing recipe
|200 g||fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped|
|2 stalks||celery, chopped|
|1 medium||onion, chopped|
|2 tsp||fresh parsly, finely chopped|
|230 g||bread crumbs|
|1 tsp||marjoram, dried|
Combine cranberries and sugar.
Sauté celery, onion and parsley in butter until tender.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well. Add a bit of water if needed.
