Cranberry sangria recipe details
Ingredients
2 envelope(s) | gelatine, unflavoured |
70 g | sugar |
450 ml | cranberry juice |
230 ml | red wine |
1 | peach, cubed |
1 | orange, cubed |
2 tsp | lemon peel, grated |
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine the gelatine, sugar and cranberry juice. Heat for about 3 minutes but do not boil.Add the red wine, then remove from heat.
Serve cold:Refrigerate and wait for mixture to semi-thicken before adding in fruits. Leave in fridge overnight.
Serve warm:Add fruit into warm wine/cranberry mixture and serve.
