Cranberry Salsa recipe
Ingredients
350 g | fresh cranberries |
1 small | onion, diced |
20 g | parsley leaves |
2 tsp | orange zest, grated |
2 tsp | fresh lemon juice |
4 tbsp | honey |
Instructions
Combine cranberries, onion and parsley in a blender and chop very finely.
Add remaining ingredients, process for a few more seconds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. This salsa keeps for up to three days.
