Cranberry Salsa recipe
- 3 cups dried and sweetened cranberries, chopped finely
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup scallions, chopped finely
- 3 Tablespoons (more if desired) fresh lime juice
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
Mix the scallions and cranberries; stir in lime juice just until moistened. Stir in the coarsely ground black pepper. Serve as spread on fresh homemade bread, toast, crackers, or blinis topped with sour cream.
