Royal eggs and cheese recipe

- Shredded cheddar cheese
- Light cream
- Garlic salt
- Minced onion
Spray glass baking cups with vegetable oil. Fill 3/4 full with cheese. Break 1 egg on top of cheese, breaking the yolk slightly. Sprinkle light cream over egg (about 1 Tablespoon). Sprinkle with garlic salt, parsley, and minced onion. Fill cup with additional cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until eggs are firm.
