Cranberry pudding recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cream
- 3/4 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 slices pumpernickel or rye bread, crumbled
- 2/3 cup whole cranberry sauce
Whip cream; gently add sugar and vanilla. In dessert dishes, alternate layers of bread crumbs, cranberry sauce, and whipped cream. Chill 2 hours or more.
